This April, you’ll find more than the wicked Queen Quake of the West at BABSCon when Tara Strong comes skipping in! Voice of the legendary Princess Twilight Sparkle, Tara Strong stars in this year's fast-approaching Bay Area Brony Spectacular!

Besides lending her voice to Purple Smart on Friendship is Magic, Tara and her thousand voices have been entertaining us for years in such shows as The Fairly OddParents, The Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans Go!, Ultimate Spider-Man, and Ben10 just to name a few of her over 400 acting credits.

Every year BABSCon is run from start to finish by volunteers who want to give back to the community. BABSCon is for fans, by fans. Ensuring BABSCon’s success takes not only the hard work and dedication of the scores of staff who work the three (3) days of the event, but also in the months prior with planning, designing, and even writing little blurbs like this one.

Don’t think it’s for you? BABSCon volunteers come from all walks of life. From the most passionate of Bronies to parents and relatives who want to connect with the My Little Pony fan in their life and everything in between, BABSCon has seen them all. The only requirement to volunteer is the willingness to lend a hand.

BABSCon has all sorts of positions available for a wide variety of interests and skills. Positions range from ensuring the panelists are ready for their panels, VIP relations, to technical support on A/V Equipment, and beyond! With enough hours worked, BABSCon staff and volunteers get free admission to the con!
